We had a lovely Christmas vacation at this hotel. The location was great, just a stone’s throw away from the beach and some wonderful snorkelling spots. The room had a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea. We were pleasantly surprised to have wifi in our room and in the restaurant. The breakfast was good, especially the delicious fried rice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Although we had a great time, there were a few downsides. The rooms could have been cleaned more often and some of the staff was hard to locate at times. The restaurant was too basic and lacked variety. Additionally, there were only a few long chairs on the beach, which meant we had to find our own and set up the umbrella. Despite the drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Great location, right on beach. Fabulous ocean and Mount Agung view. Convenient on-site restaurant with delicious food. Nice pool and helpful staff

The hotel had a great location near the beach with stunning ocean and mountain views from the room and balcony. The restaurant served delicious food throughout the day, and the staff provided excellent service with functioning amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The rental scooter was affordable and convenient.

The location was convenient, but nothing extraordinary. the view from the balcony was nice, but nothing special. the staff was friendly and accommodating, but the service was not particularly impressive. the breakfast was average, with nothing memorable about it. the pool was a decent size, but not particularly clean. the room was relatively spacious, but there was no attention to detail. the bathroom was clean, but very basic. the bed was comfortable, but the linens were not the best quality.
The room had a few drawbacks, such as old furnishings, noisy air conditioning, and a lack of privacy due to inadequate curtains.

The view from the room was amazing, with the ocean stretching out into the distance. I also loved being able to see the towering volcanoes in the distance on clear days. the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and cafes.
The room was a bit basic and could have used some maintenance.
